AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
Jamshedpur Women’s College, aims at an integral and personalized training of young women to be well motivated teacher who will be “Ideal women for others”. Further the college aims at forming teachers in educational services, women of competence, conscience and compassionate commitment.
It is the aim of our college that the students who take their training here become well formed guides who will accompany the young learner on her journey of becoming a fully human person. The college, therefore, offers an all round training, one that is at once intellectual, cultural, social, emotional, physical, aesthetic, moral and spiritual values.
