CONCESSION IN FEES

i) Student Half-Freeship will be granted to not more than 12% of the total number of students.

ii) Students availing of half/full freeship at the Intermediate level will have to apply afresh for freeship at the Degree level. Under no circumstances will this be renewed if the progress report is not satisfactory.

iii) This facility will be extended only to meritorious and needy students.

iv) Applications in prescribed forms duly filled in, should be submitted with the income certificate of the guardian. The application must be endorsed and recommended by the Head of the department of the firm where the guardian is employed.

v) The application will be considered by the Principal and a committee appointed for the purpose.

vi) Even if concession in Tuition fee is granted, the admission fee, session fee, all other fees, and the fees for the month of June and July will have to be paid in full.

vii) Session fee is to be paid in the subsequent year also when promoted to the next higher class.

viii) Candidates with records of outstanding performance/promise in the field of sports and games and other extra-curricular activities are given special consideration for full/half freeship as per the norms of the University. No commitment can be made about full/half-freeship at the time of admission.

Travel Concession

Students can avail of Railway Concession to their home town/ native place during vacations. There is a prescribed application form for this purpose, obtainable from the College office on payment of Rs. 2/- only. Applications are to be submitted to the office on or before the commencement of the vacation.
